Free Quotations
The first thing we always like to do for our new clients is to see their home firsthand. That way we can understand what it is they want exactly and the conditions of the home. Then we can send them an accurate itemised quote with exactly how much their job will cost. Our quotations are always free.

Residential Services
Our specialty is all things residential cleaning, from weekly domestic cleaning + basic housework, to complete end of lease cleaning packages that have carpet steam cleaning and window cleaning as well. We currently have vacancy to take on more regular domestic clients.

Specialised Cleaning
Whilst we do specialise in residential services, our services can also be applicable in a commercial setting. We can offer general cleaning and carpet steam cleaning for office spaces, government buildings display homes and embassies. Coming soon is dedicated tile and grout cleaning.
Price Guide
~Domestic Cleaning Costs: Starts from $105 for 1bed/1bath at a weekly frequency. The average 3 bed/2bath home is usually around the $165 per visit fortnightly.

~Spring Cleaning: For an average sized 3 bed/2bath house the spring cleaning starts from around the $230-$250. Oven cleaning starts at $75.

~Carpet Cleaning: We generally charge around $50/room (average bedroom size), however if we are already doing an end of lease or domestic cleaning service we can offer discounted carpet cleaning as a package.

~Window Cleaning: We don't have a set price per window, but an average single story 3bed/2bath home is typically around $350-$450 to have all window glass, tracks, frames and screens cleaned.

~End of Lease Cleaning: Condition is everything for end of lease pricing. It could vary depending on whether there are carpets, how bad the oven/s is, access to outside windows etc. A small 1 bed 1 bath apartment could be as cheap as $400 including carpets, and and average sized 3bed/2bath home in average condition is usual in the range of $750-$950.
FAQ
How long does cleaning take?
-We always work in a team of two, so we are twice as efficient. 1-1.5hrs for regular domestic cleaning, 1.5-2.5hrs for spring cleaning.

Do I need to provide products and equipment?
-No, unless you have a preference for a certain product we will always use our own, it's how we can guarantee repeatable quality results. We also carry all our own equipment plus spares in the event that something stops working.

Do I need to be there to let you in/while you clean?
-This is completely up to the client, we do have keys for a number of clients, whereas others are home during the day and can let us in. We do prefer to have less people/animals around while we clean as it makes our job easier - we all know dogs are magnetized to freshly mopped floors!

Do you have insurance?
-Yes we have complete liability/damages insurance.
​
Do you guarantee your end of lease cleaning?
-Yes, we guarantee the cleaning component of your end of lease to pass. Hypothetically if we missed something we would return at no extra cost to rectify.
